SERVICE 02 / AHJ FINAL INSPECTION ATTENDANCE
On-site attendance and coordination for residential solar final inspections across the Bay Area.
When the jurisdiction schedules an inspection, your team needs someone at the site. TrueSite provides attendance and communication for the agreed appointment.
Be present during the agreed inspection window and coordinate site access with your designated contact.
Help keep your office informed while the appointment is in progress.
Relay inspector feedback and any stated next steps to your team so you can plan follow-up work.
Final inspection paperwork can be printed at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, 1712 Oakland Rd, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95131. Your team orders and pays FedEx directly for printing; TrueSite picks it up from this FedEx location at no additional charge. If TrueSite picks up the paperwork from your company’s office instead, a pickup fee applies. Confirm order readiness and pickup arrangements before the inspection.
If our technician identifies installation conditions that may prevent your project from passing its final inspection, we will contact you with a correction list and discuss your options before proceeding when possible. Canceling or rescheduling the AHJ inspection may help avoid unnecessary jurisdictional inspection fees. TrueSite’s completed site visit remains billable.
We go the extra mile to help your inspection pass: coordinating site access, keeping your project team informed, and relaying inspector feedback and next steps. Final approval remains with the jurisdiction’s inspector.
The Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) performs the official inspection and determines the result. TrueSite provides attendance and coordination. Inspection approval is not guaranteed.
